What You’ll Do:

• Perform welding and fabrication on heavy steel components
• Assemble and weld parts according to specifications
• Balance hands-on manual labor with skilled welding tasks
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior welding and fabrication experience (required)
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and a team-focused mindset
