Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Bank who are looking to further expand their Investment Banking Compliance Advisory team by bringing in a VP with good knowledge of ECM and M&A to support the front office. You will be responsible for providing real time advisory services on transactions and regulatory issues, as well as working to further their compliance framework. You should have prior experience working in a similar role at a recognised Investment Bank, and bring in depth knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape
Key Experience:
- Previous experience working within the advisory division of an Investment Bank
- Good capital markets product knowledge including ECM and M&A
- Strong UK regulatory knowledge, including takeover code and sponsorship
- Ability to face off to senior stakeholders across the business, including MD's and desk heads
- A legal qualification would be beneficial but not mandatory
