Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for virtual Speech-Language Pathologists to provide teletherapy services to elementary school students in the Kansas City, KS area. Multiple roles are open to support various schools including ME Pearson Elementary, Grant Elementary, and Hazel Grove Elementary, with additional sites to be determined.
Responsibilities include managing caseloads of approximately 50 to 60 students, delivering speech and language therapy services remotely, and collaborating with school personnel to support student progress. Specific details regarding scheduling and caseload distribution will be addressed during the interview process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience with teletherapy service delivery preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students effectively
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language services and educational environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location: This position is fully virtual but serves students in the Kansas City, KS school district.
