Remote Sales Consultant

As a sales professional with this organization, you will engage existing business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless services.

You will consult with clients through inbound and outbound calls, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, and drive more value for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close sales deals with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless services
  • Consult with clients to understand their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to build strong relationships and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of verifiable sales experience
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is required
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are essential

Work Schedule:

This position requires a minimum commitment of twenty hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between eight and five pm est. Additional hours beyond twenty are not compensated at an hourly rate, but working more time will significantly increase commission earnings.

The successful candidate must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
