Job Description

Being a school-based OT in this position means you’ll expand your clinical skill set as you provide care to a diverse caseload of approximately 25 students. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active OT licensure in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Previous experience as a school-based OT preferred
- Proficient working with PK-12 populations
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing procedures is essential
- Comfortable using ECATS system for case notes and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services for PK-12 students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate Medicaid and ECATS documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Promote student participation, motor skills development, and adaptive functioning
