Source Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) with Michigan licensure and at least one year of experience for a patient-centered acute care hospital assignment for a 13 week travel contract with Aspirus Health in Iron River, MI.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
- One to two years of recent physical therapy experience required
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Michigan required; may practice with temporary license but must obtain permanent license within one year (license required if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license if providing home care or hospice visits
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and transfer patients with assistance
- Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS/13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.
