Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care residents.
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Support discharge planning and transition to home care as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Dakota.
• Proven experience in short-term rehab and long-term care settings.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
$2700 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
