Key Qualifications:

  • Active OT license for Arizona
  • Experience in school-based and/or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Ability to deliver occupational therapy services onsite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with school teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation within required timelines
  • Work approximately 7-8 hours per week onsite
