Our client is a UK-based financial services firm that is hiring a Transformation Enablement Director to lead behavioural and cultural change during a major enterprise transformation. Reporting to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer, the role focuses on embedding agile and product-centric ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enablement strategy to support agile transformation
- Deliver training, coaching, and experiential learning
- Advise senior leaders on behavioural change and agile mindset
- Track adoption metrics and align with programme milestones
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large-scale change and agile enablement
- Strong organisational development and leadership coaching skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and embed new behaviours
