Remote Sales Opportunity
A successful sales professional is required for a remote role with a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
The successful candidate will be proficient in navigating multiple customer relationship management (CRM) and business systems simultaneously, possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, and apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
The successful candidate will assist existing customers in upgrading and optimizing their wireless phone services, engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
