Wireless Phone Consultant
As a Wireless Phone Consultant, you will engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current wireless phone services. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for existing Small-Medium Business customers.
- Consult with clients to understand their wireless phone needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously to ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
