This role is ideal for sales professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commission-based selling. As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
We are seeking a skilled professional with formal training in a recognized sales methodology. Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously is essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate will be able to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment, applying proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. Experience in B2B telecommunications sales is preferred but not required.
As a key member of our team, the Outbound Business Sales Consultant will work independently to identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
- Availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
- Living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance
