Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of each client.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in telecommunications is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance.

Other Requirements
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
