Business Development Representative Opportunity

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is highly desirable
• Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
• B2B telecommunications sales experience is an asset

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that meet their expectations.

The compensation package includes base pay + commission, offering a total earnings potential of $61K-$121K+ CAD per year, based on individual performance. Paid training is also provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
