Weekend LPN Nurse Sundays Only Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team at the Rabun County Jail in Georgia. Position Details Location: Rabun County Jail – Georgia Schedule: Every Sunday Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities

Conducting sick call triage Performing health assessments, histories, and physicals (H&Ps) Administering and documenting medication pass Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the medical team Maintaining accurate medical documentation and compliance with facility protocols Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
