Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheffield for Steel Profile Operatives. The day-to-day tasks include operating machinery for cutting, drilling, profiling, and performing other steel processing tasks. The role involves ensuring precision and quality in all operations, following safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating machinery for cutting, drilling, and profiling
- Knowledge of steel processing techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Relevant certifications or technical training in steel processing or related fields
