Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Klamath, CA

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work closely with a manageable caseload of 25 students, spanning from Transitional Kindergarten through 9th grade, which allows for individualized attention and meaningful progress.

Key Qualifications:

• Possession or eligibility for California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred, but not required
• Ability to work effectively with TK–9th grade students, tailoring interventions to various developmental stages
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students according to IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
