Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will make a significant impact as you assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy for approximately 30 students each week. This contract role offers both professional challenges and the chance to foster progress in students at pivotal learning stages.

Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP license
  • Current CTC credential
  • Background in school-based SLP services, including SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and/or experience with teletherapy
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to upholding student privacy and ethical practice standards

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services two days on-site and two days remotely each week
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored goals for each student on your caseload
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Support students ranging in age from PreK to 2nd grade, plus select middle schoolers
  • Communicate progress with caregivers and participate in IEP meetings as needed
