We’re partnered with a boutique network solutions provider working with leading finance organisations across the UK.
They are looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of service delivery and performance. Acting as the main point of contact for customers and vendors, you’ll ensure services are reliable, efficient, and meet agreed SLAs – while driving continuous improvement across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing SLAs to ensure performance targets are met.
- Acting as the key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Leading service reviews, handling escalations, and resolving issues quickly.
- Tracking and reporting on service performance for senior leadership.
- Managing vendor relationships and driving service quality improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in service management or telecom service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise telecom services and vendor management.
- Proven experience managing SLAs, service reviews, and escalations .
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
