Outbound Business Sales Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers and optimize their wireless phone services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Maintain a high level of product expertise and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in telecommunications is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered an asset.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.

The ideal candidate will reside in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
