The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst working on Supply & Operations analytics, you’ll lead analytics across stock, supply chain, and warehouse performance, ensuring every journey is efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, mentor a team member, and play a key role in shaping how the business operates at scale.
It’s a hands-on role in a fast-changing environment — perfect for someone who can switch between deep analysis and big-picture thinking, and who thrives on solving operational challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse stock levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations to drive efficiency
- Run A/B testing to optimise fulfilment methods and supply processes
- Evaluate supplier behaviours and commercial impact
- Build reporting and models in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or similar BI tools)
- Mentor one direct report, guiding them on analytics and experimentation best practice
- Contribute to transformation and growth projects, with scope to expand into demand analytics if desired
What They’re Looking For
- Strong supply chain, operations, or inventory analytics experience
- Skilled in A/B testing and experimental design
- Advanced SQL and Python; confident with Tableau or similar
- Clear communicator, able to translate insights for non-technical audiences
- Hands-on problem solver who’s comfortable in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
- Customer-first mindset and commercial awareness
