Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Strategist to lead our commercial banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, team leadership, and business development.
About the Role:
As a Senior Commercial Relationship Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies to meet annual targets in loans, deposits, cash management, and new client acquisition. You will also deliver exceptional client experiences by offering tailored financial solutions and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet annual targets
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assess and manage credit risk in collaboration with the credit team
- Lead and coach high-performing teams to foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lending, including team leadership and execution of profitable sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management and banking compliance practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business clientele
