Sales Consultant (Remote Opportunity)
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in a remote work arrangement. This role will involve engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs through upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Consult with customers on their current packages and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with customers to implement solutions that drive more value
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, including commission-based selling and performance targets. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered an asset, as is telecommunications experience.
You must also possess proficient skills in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously, exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity that offers a competitive base pay + commission structure, with the potential to earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year based on your performance. You will also receive paid training, allowing you to become fully certified before starting the role. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Other Requirements:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
You must also be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
