As a senior business development expert, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships with commercial clients. Your expertise in financial solutions and leadership skills will enable you to make a positive impact on your clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop lucrative business opportunities within your market
- Expand your commercial client base through innovative business development strategies
- Collaborate with clients to devise customized financial plans that cater to their unique needs
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements while ensuring risk management standards and profitability criteria are met
You will work closely with the regional deputy to achieve objectives and collaborate with other departments to provide seamless banking solutions to clients.
Our team consists of professionals who specialize in supporting business clients, and you will be part of an ecosystem of specialists, including financing solutions managers, to help you offer tailored solutions to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5-9 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial industry
- University certificate and 9 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience
- Master’s degree and 5 years’ experience
Experience in financial analysis, structuring, and managing commercial credit for medium and large companies, as well as a professional network among local medium-sized enterprises and large companies in downtown/Metro Vancouver, is highly valued.
