What You’ll Bring:
- Active SLP license in Maryland
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with diverse student populations and a dedication to individualized care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services to students with communication needs
- Assess, develop, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
