Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers flexibility—choose either full-time or part-time hours to suit your life and career goals. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for a diverse student population.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy in both group and individual settings.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support.
  • Document student progress and services accurately, maintaining compliance with all state and district guidelines.
  • Participate actively in IEP and student support meetings, sharing your expertise to advocate for student growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs; relevant credentials for SLPAs.
  • Active or eligible Virginia SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; welcoming applications from Clinical Fellows (CFs).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to foster collaborative relationships in educational settings.
