Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (required)
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Experience in a school-based setting or strong desire to work with children and adolescents
- Ability to deliver assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology, especially for remote and hybrid service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and help identify students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services as scheduled
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert guidance regarding students’ needs
