Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide therapy tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus for remote roles
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, adapting to their educational environment (remote, on-site, or hybrid)
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with education staff and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to support positive educational outcomes
- Serve as a resource for teachers, administrators, and families on communication disorders and strategies for student success
