Job Description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support an elementary school with a thriving K-4 population of 500 students. This full-time contract position is located near Lititz, PA, offering professionals a chance to make a lasting impact within a single, close-knit school community. The role runs weekdays from 7:45am to 3:20pm, allowing for a consistent and family-friendly schedule.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania certification as a School Psychologist
- Up-to-date Pennsylvania clearances and background checks required to work in schools
- Expertise in conducting individual assessments, consulting with staff, and providing collaborative support services
- Strong commitment to fostering positive outcomes through partnerships with educators, families, and students
- Ability to contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students K-4 to support instructional and behavioral planning
- Provide direct and consultation-based services to address academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to design and implement interventions and individualized education plans
- Serve as a key member of student support and multidisciplinary teams, promoting best practices and data-based decisions
- Support crisis response and consultation efforts, contributing to a safe and welcoming school community
