Job Description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 10, 2026, through June 17, 2027, in partnership with a highly supportive Department of Student Services. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland School Psychology License is required
- Experience in school-based psychological services preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret data, and develop effective interventions
- Committed to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards
- Familiarity with educational law and special education processes
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of psychological services, including assessment, counseling, and consultation for students from diverse backgrounds
- Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor interventions addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Serve as a resource for educators and families, providing guidance and support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute actively to IEP/504 planning
- Foster positive relationships among students, staff, and families to promote student success
