Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference across two dynamic school communities during the 2026-2027 academic year. Serving onsite at Emerald and Pioneer Elementary, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster students’ mental health and development.

Qualifications:

  • Current, valid CDE School Psychologist License required
  • Demonstrated experience as a school psychologist in educational settings
  • Expertise in assessment, intervention, and multi-tiered systems of support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student needs
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral recommendations
  • Participate in student support and evaluation team meetings
  • Help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

You’ll work 35 hours per week, fully onsite, building strong partnerships in both Broomfield and Lafayette communities. This role provides the opportunity to positively impact students from the first day of school through the end of the academic year, helping shape a supportive, inclusive environment.
