Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students by providing occupational therapy services in a supportive school-based environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate closely with educators and families, all while enjoying a manageable schedule of 12-15 hours per week across five days. Your expertise will help students develop the skills they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Massachusetts required
  • Experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of K-12 learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ functional abilities and needs within the school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeted at enhancing students’ participation in school activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation as required by district and state guidelines
  • Provide consultation and training to school personnel on strategies for supporting students with diverse needs
