Job Description
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois OT certification/license is required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as identified through IEPs or 504 plans
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with educators, administrators, and parents regarding strategies for student engagement
- Support participation in classroom routines and activities, enhancing independence
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
