Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working with children in a school environment
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers for student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support communication needs
  • Monitor and communicate student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
