Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Maryland (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and tailor interventions to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain detailed, timely records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and engage in ongoing communication with all stakeholders
• Serve as a resource for school staff on communication and language development
