Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact supporting middle and high school students through speech-language services in an engaging educational environment! We have openings for both an SLP-CCC and an SLP-CF to join a dedicated team on a full-time contract basis, working from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027. This rewarding role involves partnering with one school site, close to Douglasville, GA, serving a dynamic caseload of 45 to 55 students. Specific assignment details and caseload sizes may shift as positions are finalized.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC) credential (required with new guidelines).
  • Current state licensure for Speech Language Pathology.
  • For SLP-CCC: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • For SLP-CF: Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); supervision provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for serving students in middle and high school.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving caseload assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support teams.
