Technical Salesforce Strategist
Drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in complex Salesforce ecosystems to deliver custom solutions. As a key team member, you will utilize your knowledge to optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client engagements and drive business results.
- Develop and maintain automation using Flows, Apex classes, Triggers, and APIs to streamline processes.
- Provide end-user support and assist clients with best practices to enhance their knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community clouds.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
- Deep experience within the Telecommunications Industry.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce object model, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
