Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing small to medium business clients to identify opportunities for wireless phone service upgrades and optimization.
- Consult on current packages and uncover additional services that drive value.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, focusing on commission-based selling and performance targets.
- Formal training in recognized sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered an asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experience in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Must reside in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
