Sales Representative
A motivated and skilled sales professional is required to engage with existing small to medium-sized business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Consult on current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales)
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value

Candidates must also meet the following additional requirements:
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
