We’re seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.
This is an exciting opportunity to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers, upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Promote and sell Rogers’ suite of services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Work-related Skills
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Other Requirements
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
