We’re seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers, upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Promote and sell Rogers’ suite of services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Work-related Skills

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Other Requirements

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
