We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to assume the role of Outbound Business Sales Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls to consult on current packages and uncover opportunities for upsell or cross-sell services that drive more value.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Meet sales targets through effective account management, product knowledge, and strategic sales techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, formal training in a recognized sales methodology, and strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM systems simultaneously is also required.
Requirements:
- A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
- Residency in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon
