Job Summary:
This role is responsible for selling wireless phone services to existing customers. The successful candidate will engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Utilize proven sales and retention strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling)
- Telecommunications experience preferred but not required
Work Arrangement:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
