Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Consult with customers on their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

- Base pay + commission: Earn up to $121K+ CAD per year based on your performance.

Additional Information:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
