About the Role:
A successful Sales Representative will engage with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. This involves consulting on their current packages and uncovering potential for upselling or cross-selling additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls
• Consult on client packages and identify opportunities for growth
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services to enhance client value
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, including commission-based selling and performance targets. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset, as is experience in telecommunications sales. You will also need to be proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously and possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base pay plus commission structure, with the potential to earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year based on performance. Additionally, you will receive paid training and have the opportunity to work in a flexible remote environment, creating your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Additional Information:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
