Job Overview

As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to understand their current packages and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
  • Consult with clients to determine the best solutions for their business needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Experience & Qualifications

“>

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
