We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers and upgrading their wireless phone services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to understand their current needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Consult with clients on their current packages and provide personalized recommendations to optimize their wireless phone services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Work Environment:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, but working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.

What We Offer:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
