Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
As a sales consultant, you will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and earn a competitive income based on your performance.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls to discuss their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Consulting with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements
Additionally, you will need to:
- Be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
- Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
