Remote Business Development Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. In this role, you will engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You will consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience with commission-based selling or performance targets.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

This role offers:

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
  • Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Others:

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
