This is a career-defining opportunity to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.

You will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers, upgrading and optimizing their wireless phone services, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

The role requires strong sales skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.

• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
• Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.
• Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits:

• Competitive base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance

Requirements:

• A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
• Availability to work additional hours beyond 20 will significantly increase your commission earnings
