Compensation
Pay Range: $40.07 – $48.10 per hour, depending on prior experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is a plus.
- CPR certification.
Your Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
- Manage cases, coordinate services, supervise, and implement professional and supportive care for clients, utilizing nursing theories and practices in line with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Review client referrals and respond to inquiries as necessary.
- Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
- Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care situations.
- Perform duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

Experience Required
- 2 years: Nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.
